return the unused portion with a short explanation, your name, your phone
number, and we will promptly refund your money or send a replacement when
applicable. Refunds will be issued as a store-credit or a return credit
to your credit card. TRC & Associates/OxyWave will not be responsible
for shipping and handling on returned items. In addition, we will not
be responsible for returned product that is lost in transit.
